It is the focal point of the activity of the Italian parliamentary delegation to the CEI and of CEI as a whole. The CEI Parliamentary Dimension was created following an autonomous initiative by the parliaments of a number of Member States and was "institutionalized" in 1993 when ad hoc Rules of Procedures were approved.
