ADDITIONAL TERMS Certain features of the Services, such as mobile applications (“Apps”), promotions, offers and research studies, may be subject to additional terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”) presented in conjunction with them. Amgen may present Additional Terms to you through the Services or offline. Regardless of how they are presented to you, Amgen requires that you agree to Additional Terms before using these features of the Services. Unless otherwise specified in Additional Terms, all Additional Terms are incorporated into these Terms.
