Model built with Compliance and Risk Management ensuring the integrity of the contracting process. Support Delivery Technical Support is delivered by Microsoft support engineers. The Partner is not involved in the delivery of technical support services. Enhanced Value Value-added services customized for customer needs and delivered by trusted Microsoft Partners. Download PDF document Price Transparency Video To become a part of the Unified Broker Program, please reach out to your Microsoft point of contact Unified Broker Program Requirements Requirements Renewal requirements Partner has a valid PartnerID for the country where they will be transacting: Partner must maintain status as an enrolled member in a Microsoft partner program (e.g., Microsoft Partner Network, Microsoft Cloud Partner Program) Partner must pass Microsoft's partner vetting process Partner has a LSP authorization In addition to maintaining the nomination requirements, partner must meet the following requirements for Unified Broker Program participation: Sign a Partner Broker Program Master Agreement Agree to comply with key terms of the Partner Broker Work Order Complete the annual Unified Broker learning course To provide the best experience to our customers while maintaining a high standard of compliance, approved brokers are reviewed annually. Verification against program participation criteria is evaluated, as outlined the table below to confirm compliance. Criteria Description Credentials Partner has LSP Authorization and a valid PartnerID for the country where they will be transacting. Microsoft Vetting Status Pass Microsoft vetting process. Broker Partner Unified Revenue Broker Partner has completed at least one Broker transaction in the last year. Program Requirements Satisfied All existing program and Compliance requirements are completed.
