The shares of SEB are admitted to trading on Nasdax OMX Stockholm, that is the Swedish regulated market for trading in equities operated by Nasdaq OMX Nordic. Business carried out in other countries than Sweden is managed either through branches established in the local market or through foreign subsidiaries.
