Application forms can be submitted to JMA via each country's Permanent Representative to WMO (or the representative's delegate). This procedure is operated in line with the content of the Manual on WIS and to ensure appropriate handling of additional data as stipulated in Resolution 40. For NMHSs: e-mail wis-jma(at)met.kishou.go.jp with any questions on the procedure. Metadata Maintenance (Creation/Upload/Editing/Deletion) Users at WIS Centres may register for the metadata maintenance function. For users who have not utilized the services of GISC Tokyo before, application forms can be submitted to JMA via their Permanent Representative to WMO (or the representative's delegate).
