Every referral is treated with care and confidentiality. Once submitted, our intake team assesses the young person’s circumstances and connects them with the most appropriate program or mentor. We don’t just process referrals, we build relationships that lead to lasting change. Who Can Refer Anyone who recognises that a young person needs support can refer: Parents or guardians Teachers and school wellbeing officers Youth justice or community workers Health or social service providers If you want to refer an at risk youth, we’ll guide you through every step, from initial contact to confirmed enrolment. Who We Support Esuarve provides early intervention and rehabilitation support for young people aged 16–24 who are: Disengaged from school, training, or employment At risk of homelessness or unsafe living conditions Facing ongoing challenges with the justice system Experiencing mental health or wellbeing difficulties Our programs — including Mental Wellbeing & Resilience, Life Skills & Employment Readiness and Empowering Youth Program — are designed to meet young people wherever they are on their journey. Join our Program The Big Brother Program is a Holistic Early Intervention Program providing an Alternative Learning experience for “at risk youth” focusing on mental well-being, life skills, education, qualifications and employment pathways over a 10-week period all whilst building Tiny Homes! Designed for ages 16-24 Please note: Esuarve is not a mental health service or an alternative to school. All referrals will be subject to approval by Everything Suarve Inc. A member of our intake team will listen to your concerns and help determine eligibility. Complete a Referral Form Fill out our referral form with basic details about the young person’s situation and needs. Forms can be submitted online, by email, or in person. Intake Assessment Once received, our team reviews the referral and arranges an initial assessment typically within 5 working days. This ensures we understand the individual’s unique circumstances. Ongoing Suppor Our mentors stay in touch with each participant, ensuring ongoing guidance, encouragement, and accountability. The aim is not just short-term assistance, but a foundation for long-term independence. Referral Pathways from Partners and Agencies Esuarve maintains referral partnerships with: Queensland schools and TAFE campuses Community health organisations Police and youth justice programs Local councils and employment services These networks ensure that young people can refer a young person to youth support Queensland without barriers or stigma. We also welcome referrals from NGOs, employers, and sporting organisations seeking positive pathways for youth. Confidentiality and Safety All referrals and communications are handled confidentially, in accordance with privacy legislation. We never share identifying information without consent, and we ensure that all data is securely stored. For urgent mental health or safety concerns, we connect young people immediately to crisis support partners or Queensland Health services.
