The hosepipe ban applies to customers who receive their water supply from us. It does not apply to customers who only receive wastewater services from Thames Water. However, your water supplier may have its own restrictions in place. We ask customers not to use a hosepipe, sprinkler or pressure washer during the hosepipe ban and to help save water.
