Note : For procurement exercises to be invited from 1 June 2025 onwards, the Government will fully adopt electronic means in making payments to suppliers and will no longer provide the option of physical cheques. Suppliers included in the RTHK Notification Lists will normally receive quotation notification from RTHK, as and when opportunities arise, for the types of goods and/or services for which they have been included. Any firm not currently included but wishing to be considered for inclusion in these lists may download and return a completed “Application Form for Inclusion in the RTHK Notification Lists” together with a copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate to the address below for processing.
