Our Focus The initial focus is supporting and connecting school leaders and those who have been assigned the role to lead school wide diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives that promote learning environments that address implicit bias and eliminate racism and discrimination of all kinds. The long term aim is for all members of the school community to be active in bringing about systemic change to realise the ISADTF mission. Our Charter Our charter is to apply our collective resources, expertise, and partnerships to help international school communities. Creating an environment that allows everyone to flourish by promoting proactive practices that eliminate racism, implicit bias and discrimination of all kinds in schools. International School Anti-Discrimination Taskforce Three-Year Roadmap October 2023 ISADTF Strategy Launched ISADTF Taskforce. Formed six subcommittees. Highlighted accomplishments through webinars. Outlined the future direction of ISADTF. Developed a 3 year plan. Early 2025 1st Milestone Guidance documents from Humanizing Pedagogy, Accreditation and Human Resources committees published at ISADTF.org. Early 2026 2nd Milestone Governance, Student Agency and Leadership Committees will provide an outline of brainstorming activities. Committees develop guidelines and priorities based on summary of findings. Committees create a preliminary report with written guidance to be shared through website. Late 2026 3rd Milestone Publish on website a completed guidance document for schools and associations. Engage with schools and regional associations to strategize implementation. Work on commitments, implementation, and review feedback. Evaluate progress and review of feedback.
