Members also have access to a pool of best-in-class coaches, mentors and advisors. Learning Programmes We run two dedicated Learning Programmes - Changemaking & Resilient Organisations - designed to equip climate-focused organisations and individuals with the knowledge, capacity, networks and resilience to enact lasting impact. Impact Lab We run thematic missions which convene and fund not-for-profits collaborating to drive transformation in key climate sectors. Past missions have included: Heat, Land & Agriculture, and Energy. Community Our global community of members benefit from a range of community activities, including thematic events, panels, book discussions, quarterly socials, and monthly climate sanghas to build internal resilience. Developing and nurturing the resilience of people and organisations to create living systems change We develop best-in-class capacity, skills and mindsets as well as sectoral know-how, empowering climate actors to share knowledge, build long term collaborations, develop resilience, and scale their impact authentically. We do this through curating complementary and intersecting living learning environments alongside hosting linear, compressed learning programmes. This enables organisations with the skills and knowledge to grow their impact, but also create self-sustaining, relevant knowledge sharing communities to support real world relevance.
