Introduction to Consent Modes Piano puts all values that we can place on the user's browsers into 3 categories: Mandatory - disabling these items will cause the system to break Essential - disabling these items will allow the system to operate, but with major restrictions Optional - disabling these items does not affect the functionality of the system in a major way Each Piano product may operate in 3 consent modes: opt-in - all data will be saved essential - only essential and mandatory cookies will be saved opt-out - only mandatory cookies will be saved More detailed information about the Consent Management for Piano cookies is available here. The following points apply: With a full opt-out, users still receive mandatory cookies. There are three cross-product cookies. One of them tracks consent. Once an end user opts out, the cookies they have from before are deleted. The Piano products store consent via the cookies mentioned on this page, none of them provide information to your customer support team in the dashboards.
