In order to handle all personal information in the research and studies, operation of various systems, and public awareness activities that we conduct to contribute to society and achieve our mission as a corporation, we have established a personal information protection management system that complies with the Japanese Industrial Standard "Personal Information Protection Management Systems - Requirements" (JIS Q 15001) and will continue to operate it appropriately. In addition, we have established the privacy policy as follows as a code of conduct that our officers and employees should abide by, and will strive to ensure that it is thoroughly complied. 1.We will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other regulations regarding the handling of personal information. 2.We will clearly define the purpose of use within the scope necessary for carrying out our business, and will appropriately acquire, use, and provide personal information.
