Do I have to pay anything for a return? At the end of the process, under "Summary," you'll find the cost of the return. No immediate payment is required. We will deduct the return fee when processing the refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Important: The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our store. Please note: If the returned item has been worn or stained, we won’t be able to process the return. How will I receive my refund?
