What You’ll Get When You Join A Safe Place to Be Yourself No judgment. No pressure. Just a safe space to learn, heal, and grow. Here you’ll find people who listen and understand what you’re going through because they’ve been there too. Practical Life Skills Our programs teach everyday skills that make a real difference like budgeting, cooking, goal-setting, and time management. These lessons help you become more independent and prepared for work and life outside the program. We call it real-world learning the kind that builds confidence from the inside out. Training and Employment Opportunities If you’re ready to learn a trade or start work, Esuarve has partnerships with TAFEs and employers across Queensland. Through our Tiny Homes project and other hands-on training, you’ll gain real experience and industry-recognised certificates. This pathway turns your skills into a career, helping you move forward with pride. Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Everyone needs a little help sometimes. Our counsellors and mentors work together to help you manage stress, anxiety, and life pressures. From mindfulness to cultural healing and peer connection, our programs help you find balance and self-belief. For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, this includes cultural mentorship and yarning circles that reconnect you to heritage and strength. All training, mentoring, and support services are funded through partnerships, government grants, and community donations. Esuarve runs youth development programs on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Our network includes local training sites and partner facilities so you can join from wherever you are.
