Click here for more information about the Marketing In Canada certificate The CMA Mentorship Program for Newcomers to Canada As a newcomer, you are invited to apply to be a Mentee in the CMA Mentorship Program, without the pre-requisite of being an employee of a CMA member organization. CMA Mentorship Program Qualifications for Newcomers: You have a minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience You have lived in Canada for less than five years Available in-person and online You can dedicate a total of 12 hours over 6 months (approximately 30 minutes each week or 2 hours per month) for mentorship A mentor can enhance your development as you navigate your career in a new market, including career strategies, networking, and personal branding. By connecting you with a mentor who understands your professional background and possesses insights into Canada's marketing industry, you can gain valuable guidance to kickstart your career journey in Canada effectively. We will make best efforts to connect your profile with one of our mentors, but please note that a mentee application does not guarantee a match. It will be kept confidential and retained for the duration of the mentorship period, and then deleted.
